The Entre´e Hotel was situated very close to the reason why I visited Hamburg

The Easter decorations in the lobby were really cute, and it was nice to receive a complimentary basket of chocolates in our room. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city, and it was great to have a free parking available. Plus, the breakfast spread was impressive and had a lot of options for everyone's taste.

Our room was in desperate need of some TLC. The curtains were stained and had holes in them, and the bathroom tap was loose and difficult to use.

Great Hotel. Selected due to close proximity to airport and price. Hotel was quiet, clean, welcoming. Everything you want for a short business stop over with the added advantage of free wi-fi and complimentary mini- bar. Lack of restaurant was not a disadvantage as there are plenty of places within easy walking distance outside. Travel (self drive) to airport was very easy - no more than 10 minutes (allbeit I set off at 5am so no idea of travelling time in paek rush hour). I will definitely use again and recommend to others. Ive used a far more hotel close by before (Park) and if anything id say this hotel is better (but without bar and food of course).

Not much to dislike. If you arrive late then lack of food could be an issue but for me everything was spot on and better than the room rate for a city hotel close to a main airport would suggest.

the hotel was also conveniently located near public transportation and shopping centers, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, I enjoyed the comfortable bed in my room.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel. the kettle in my room was dirty, and the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust and grime.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The attention to detail was also impressive, with basic amenities provided that made my stay more convenient. The location was perfect, close to the airport and with easy access to a good Italian restaurant and a bakery or cafe for breakfast.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The man at the breakfast spoke very poor english, but his attitude to understand and fulfill our demands was remarkable. The hotel is very close to the airport and it takes about 10 minutes to arrive by car. We did not have any problem with the parking in front of the hotel.

We arrived on Sunday and the man with nobody at the front desk (so anybody could get in the hotel and steal). After we called it took 10 minutes to come. It looked he was resting. Afterwards, we complained about dirty towels, the man said he would take clean ones to the room. After 1 hour wait, we had to call and go to the front desk to get the clean ones. The image of the hotel was not proffessional at all. The hotel is in the middle of a residential condominium, so if you don´t have a car, you are in the middle of nowhere.

Was sufficient for a short stay, enough choice for breakfast, size of the room ok etc.

Some stains on the chairs etc. Internet was not connecting, choice for breakfast might not be enough for stays over a few days
